What are some examples of not communicating?

How about the guy who calls into work and says 'Boss, I feel awful. I can't come to work today.'

The boss says, 'Well, you should do what I do. I just tell my wife to give me some good sex. That always makes me feel better so I can go to work.'

The guy says, 'Ok. I'll try that.' and hangs up.

An hour later the guy calls the boss and says 'You were right. I feel great. I'll be to work in an hour. Oh, by the way, you have a great house.'
