Made it for years sir. - To make the base, 200g of flour (00) teaspoon of salt and yeast, half a teaspoon of sugar. Add tablespoon of olive oil and 120ml of warm water. Bring together with a wooden spoon and then knead for a good 10 minutes. - Cover with a bowl and let to prove for an hour. - Then roll out nice and thin.

I tend to use tomatoe paste and lots of oregano as the base layer. While the dough was proving I would have boiled 2 or 3 eggs which I then peel and slice onto the pizza, accompanied by mozzarella and black olives. (Add a sliced green pepper if you are feeling fancy). - Cook in a very hot oven for 12-14 minutes.

Enjoy. (Preferably with a side of potato wedges and sour cream).

@David-Burton

japan done landed on the moon
but that won't beat a spatchcocked goat
that, or cayenne peppered pancakes
shared with orcas from the side of the boat
i like simple, ramen noodles raw
the nutty, crunchy, crispy cracker munch
that's what i crave after a noontime brunch
now you might think this is all quite normal
but i do culinary entirely in the buff
butt ya gotta watch out for that goat there boys
he tends to play a tad rough
i can hardly wait to taste
japanese moon sushi from a space taco truck
but i need a ride to luna, or i'm outta luck

dammit those gummies are good

Carbonara I stole and adapted from a chef at work years ago.

Italians cry when they hear carbonara and cream in the same sentence.

I throw a mix of 8-15 organic chopped vegetables into a pan and gently sauté with extra virgin olive oil / rape seed oil, sometimes adding chillies, ginger & garlic, spices & rock salt etc then top that with grated Parmasam, feta, seeds or nuts and serve it with brown rice or pasta for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

It’s all about eating real food, no additives & low sugar to protect my liver, feed my gut microbiome and improve my immune system to try and stay drug free for as long as possible.

Barring Drewnogal it's a very Italian vibe so far, where are the national classics, the roasts, soups and stews?.

well mine is a trad irish dish that can be modified depending what you have.
its called Murphys casserole.classic version is pots, bacon, leek ,onion, chicken stock.
my mams version same as above but corned beef(not bacon) chicken soup(not stock).
my version same as top but with chicken thighs, garlic, cream or creme fresh, either soup or stock cube serve with crusty bread. The first thing I cooked for Chris when we were courting.

I prefer GOADs,makes his own bread base, ends up as a deconstructed egg, cheese & tomato sarnie.

I like doing a stir fry. Whatever meat is available cut up into bite sized bits and browned in olive oil. Add in this and that (herbs) and a cacophony of veggies, all served on a bed of rice and if available, some sake.👍
