Do NOT rub your eye after chopping chillis. My right eye feels like the burning eye socket of hell.

Ugh! I am sorry to hear of your pain!

I once cut up chilis for a batch of salsa, then I decided to put my contacts in. Wow, that hurt for many hours! I will never forget the pain. 😞
