I spent many months mastering mini-putt, my top score is 21. There are a number of tricks to getting a hole in one on each round, and it's possible to do on every hole.
21 was not some sort of miraculous fluke, by the way, I did it several times, and I typically shoot around 25-28, and have scored 22 many times.
Hole 8 is a good example of a trick being required, as it seems impossible to hit the ball hard enough to make a hole in one. Try placing the ball against the wall and shooting AT THE WALL, if the angle is right you'll carom off with plenty of energy to make it around the course.
