Seriously, one way is to have a room for sleeping and a room for tv and stuff. Also one thing that happens as you get older is a reduction of the harmone melatonin. There was a rush on melatonin about ten years ago but the fad fell through. The idiots who sold it figured if one milligram was good then 5 must be great. A study by MIT on this showed the max you can take is about 1/3 of a milligram (300 odd MICROgrams) With that dose it works pretty well, I tried it and it works for me. It turns out its about the same strength as LSD but unlike that stuff, melatonin loses its functionality when you OD.

1) TURN OFF THE COMPUTER!
2) Go to bed.
3) Go Back to the computer to play a few more moves.
4) Now this time Trevor you really need to turn the damn computer off.
5) Go to bed.
6) The whine of the fan is keeping you awake isn't it?
7) Trevor if you don't shutdown the computer, pretty soon one of your games that you are playing against someone from another time zone will become active and you'll be stuck here for another hour so.
8) Click start, select shutdown, select turn off!
9) Go to bed
10) Have a good nights sleep your games will still be there in the morning
Ps. 11) Don't even think about switching on the Laptop!

I just quit smoking and am giving up caffine, all the good stuff in life but i found it has made me very sluggish and all i want to do is sleep but then again it is going in to the cooler seasons here and im trying to climatize too. Someone once told me about the position your bed is in too makes a difference something with laying in a North to South position.
