A few people have met each other: Angie and Shavixmir, Me and Marinakatomb, but I think that mostly it is an oppertunity to meet up and put a face and personality to the person. I think it will be interesting to see if some people are exactly how I imagine them to be or completly different.

I know no-one from the people going but I am going with one or two people from my office who play chess here, so it'll be all new faces mostly.

Do you know the Fentiman Arms on Fentiman Road (off the road going down to Clapham). Best pub in London, should have the meet there.
