So in school now, we have to make this huge business project thing.
We have to pull out all the stops; financial projections, profile of owners, radio ad...all sorts of stupid things.

To sum up, why do schools always give big project at the end of the year when exams are set to begin?

Is it the equivalent of a test grade? Is it in lieu of a Business final?

They somehow think that you will actually learn something from their convoluted versions of how life should be. Mix this with the inevitable feeling that all teachers must have some sort of end of the year challenge to give to their students creates the situation you are in right now.

I love college

Having worked for a government employment agency I can tell you that potential employers don't really care about how well you did in school. The fact that you graduate with a degree shows that you have the committment to stick at something, this tells an employer more than what grades you get.
