It was the middle of the night, and I gave my dog some sugar, loving attention, and this image came to me, bright blue sky. Bright and blue. Is it possible it came from the dog?

I feel sick.

The post that was quoted here has been removedI am in an unbelievable employment situation at the moment. I am getting paid to do nothing for the next thirty days. (No negative implications there, although if you knew me you'd find that doubtful.)
Today, it was raining in my neck of the woods, as it frequently does. I sat down on my couch with a cup of coffee. I was first joined by the smaller of my two dogs, who knows how to get what he wants. He pawed, scratched, growled, and pleaded until I was horizontal. Then he curled up on my waist.
A very few minutes later, his brother hopped up on the couch and curled up into my shoulder. (They're not big dogs. Not small, but not big.)
I think I moved three times throughout the day. And I never spend time that way. It was a glorious, sublime day. Absolutely perfect.

Why do you feel sick? If the dog got the sugar, does that mean you got the petfood?
That has nothing to do with your joke. I had to find new homes for a bunch of animals that I've grown to love, I did it, and it hurts.
