Problem have been solved. For a second I forgot who got white
in a tie-breaker. I found your old post and it solved the problem.
Lower rated get white.
One more question. To determine who gets white. We go by
original rating and not current rating, right. Non-tournament games
are affecting the players rating in this tournament.

Don't feel bad-- I think most of us here tend to see any acronym and
automatically try to connect it to chess (QGD, RHP, MAP, MCO, etc,
etc)! It's just the way our brains have become wired!
