With todays instant delivery find it hard to believe a stranger would know before next of kin.
In uk police don't reveal name until next of kin are told and proper identificaton is done.
Only way lemon would know is if he murdered the person.

It has happened many times here in Canada!
Even in these times people can be hard to reach, not everyone is on the internet. I know some older folks who don't even have a computer, and if they were traveling in another country would be hard to get a hold of.

I have a brother-in-law who has never used a computer or a cell phone. So if he is away you can't contact him at all.

If you get outside of major cities, cell phones are next to useless in Canada. The network pales in comparison to that of the US.
