Who's your fav and least fav poster?
Ha!
Though still an internet forum senior newbie, I for one have always appreciated members who are reality focused without the crutch of beer goggles; who are at home with their soul and happy in their own skin; who are undaunted by negative criticism and unswayed by public approval; who are respectful of others and unthreatened by opinions and styles different from their own. There was a time when I felt some degree of sadness for members who (for good reasons known only to themselves) never bothered to darken the door of any of the various RHP public forums. Past tense sentiment since I've awakened to the realization that these individuals have undoubtedly sampled enough high brow pontification, self serving 'look at me and my cleverness' and mindless drivel to conclude, "Thanks but no thanks' and who are thankful for their own lives to live in and are living them face to face to the hilt.

The first is the latter in your writing about, "and are living them face to face to the hilt." Living in the hilt generally means living well. Yet you relate that to mindless drivel.
Second. Why to you use italics to produce rhetoric, and begin those first italic words with 'reality focused.' ?????
I have explained to you before that this is a chess website, where members and non-members are waiting to move, and the forum is not life-significant.
You italicise 'at home' and yet you've written you don't have a home yet, including a happy soul and skin. Who, exactly here, is unhappy?
If you are undaunted by criticism, as you write for others to read, then accept that I do not give one iota of public approval on an internet site, and it's well recorded. I happy to be an aszhole and escape my routines, in order to play chess - as that's what we are here for. I am, indeed, unswayed by your post and not afraid to add to it.
Now, look at me and my drivel, my pontification, and my drivel.
You wrote in the past tense before you decided to type, so why did you need to, also, put that in italics?
I have finished being full of drivel and mindlessness now, as much as my word counts as much as your not posting before end of the year of our Lord 2011.
Kindest Regards,
-m.
