So, I am searching for a nice book about decision making in general (i.e. nothing
focused like just finance, math, "life situations", etc.) whether it is PMI, cost/benefit,
lateral thinking, grid analysis, etc. or, better yet, one that includes the major
techniques.
I would appreciate any recommendation you could make.
Thanks! 🙂

as reading and decoding moving target information from our senses (sight, hearing, taste, smell, touch along
with temperature, balance, acceleration, kinesthesia, pain)? If so, a book on people, horse and common sense.

My suggestion: R.C. Jeffrey: The Logic of Decision McGraw Hill 1965.
And no it's not outdated but quite clear in structure. If you need something more advanced then you should be able to make your own poick based on what you learned about decision making 😉
Thanks! 🙂

I ask because if you're serious about this then you'll need a lot of math (particularly set theory and probability). I haven't read the book recommended above, but if it's from 1965 then I'm pretty sure it cannot be updated (although it could be a good introduction). I can only recommend the more mathematical ones.

This would be a good starting point IMO
