deleting downloaded movies off your computer?

how can you delete downloaded movies off your computer? i have them saved under limewire and windows media player. how can i get the memory back or is it impossible?

i also would like to delete open office off my computer and retain the memory, how can i do this?

For Open Office just go in Add/Remove programs [via Start/Control Panel] and click on the remove button next to OpenOffice in the list.
Personally I use Revo uninstaller which removes loads of the registry stuff that goes with a program too.
Revo is freeware and well worth having in my opinion:

As for the Movies; simply right click and select 'delete', if you know where you stored them on your computer.
If you delete from WMPlayer it will usually ask if you want it deleted from the library or the computer; in your case tick the 'from library and from computer'.
