Did U Know?

* That there have been occasions in chess history when players have said j’adoube after making a losing move in order to retract it, attempting to avoid the touch-move rule?

* That chess is one the most complex things man ever invented. It's said that the number of combination of moves possible in chess far outnumber the number of stars in the universe?

* That ancient historians believed prehistoric nomads may have brewed beer from grain even before learning to make bread?

* That each Texas Barbecue Chef gives his/her barbecue pork its very own personalized zing with a secret wet or dry rub on a perfectly prepped pig?

* That the cause of a cluster headache (also called a “suicide headache” is a neurological disease that accounts for one of the most unbearable pains a human being can suffer) has never been learned?

* That nobody has ever figured out exactly how or why the polar bear got a traffic cone on his head?

* That the timeless story of Romeo and Juliet (the couple most often used as an example of the greatest love from Shakespeare's play which has been told for hundreds of years) isn't even real?

* That in today's world the telephone is a mixed blessing at best. Dial it, no one answers. When it rings, it's all too often bad news.
