In my youth baseball, basketball in school, softball city and church leagues ,...football not organized, pickup games of basketball at YMCA, friendly games of golf, tennis...then I blew a disk in my back....chess, MMO games. 🙂
I used to be a judoka. A very bad one. And I jogged a bit, but where I live now isn't interesting terrain, so I'd have to do it just for the pain, not for the forest air, and that doesn't attract me. So now I'm just lazy. I walk a lot, that's all.
Besides chess I just picked up weight training. I would like to get back into running. My fastest mile ever was a 5:50 but when I run the mile now it's over 9 minutes. I started weight training March 14 and I weighed 235 pounds now I'm down to 221.
