Does this statement hold water with you?
i also know why this may stick in yer craw...
i, too, do not for one nanosecond believe the guy is doing such a thing for himself, or with other individuals in mind...
personally, i have come very close to detaching completely from these "discussions"...
"read only" is a mantra for me, even if i decline to follow completely...
good luck...

I don't berate myself over things I've typed or said unless, and this is rare, I've lost my cool and said the wrong thing to someone I love in a fleeting moment. Being that one can't take it back, there's no point in dwelling on it too long.
I like to think of my self as objective and not critical of others or myself.

I don't blame you for despising your own poetry, but I find it hard to believe you despise the things you write at RHP.
however, in this case, you've asked a question in the thread title...
then you quoted the one who shall not be named, and somehow decided that "being brutally self critical" is the same as "despising the things written at RHP"...
these two are not equal...
you then proceed to ask a second question, about whether or not the mentioned quote "holds water"...
THIS is what i replied too, not yer thread title question, which i find rather disposable...
if yer open to suggestion, i would offer you this, start over, and ask what it is you want to know...

You (GB) offer a link in response to Phlabibits post (asking if a certain quote "holds water" ) that shows a leaking cup.
The quote he was quoting was, in fact, a post of yours -

Fact that this integrity concept is new to you sheds considerable light on the person who's been hiding behind your nickname since day one.
So, you're therefore agreeing that your own post does not "hold water"?
Please explain?
