I am not sure what's my favourite, but I like the smell of vanilla (as mentioned before), cinnamon, peppermint, thyme, lime-tree blossoms, syringa, ribes, fresh garlic and many other things.

Ah, I got to smell that for the first time when I visited my sister in Los Angeles, and I got another strong dose at a retreat/conference in the US where the service dog of one of the participants ran into a skunk, and the smell lasted for days. Interesting smell. I like it if it's faint, but when it's stronger and lasts a while, it gets quite annoying.
