She's probably seen a lot more people going to build a trellis frame in their garden than you've seen news reports on pipe bombs.

Besides, don't people who build bombs usually buy their supplies separately, for precisely that reason? I know I would. But then, I suppose people who do that kind of thing tend not to think ahead too much... and afterwards, often not at all any more.
