No, im not saying they deserve harsher punishment, im saying i would want to give them harsher punishment.[/b]
Would their pain make you feel better about your own?

Well maybe if you explained it to me instead of hiding behind the excuse of my perceived ignorance I can understand your arguments better.

An eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth! It says so in the Bible!

Only in the Old Testament. Jesus encourages us to "turn the other cheek."

You are looking at the wrong book...An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth, that is the way to go!

Turn the other cheek and you are liable not to be getting up ever again. πŸ˜‰

Just some friendly advice, someone slaps you in the face, don't turn your cheek to get more. ( Which I really can't see you doing )

Go with the other book, and you will be much better off! We don't want to be reading about your injuries!

Lol, I do believe 'twas meant in a more metaphorical sense. Thank you for the advise, but I think I shall go with Jesus' philosophy. Afterall, "an eye for an eye makes the whole world blind."

Hey it is in the Bible..."an eye for an eye, and a tooth for a tooth"!

That is Jesus' philsophy. Don't pick parts of the bible that just suit you! πŸ˜‰

Besides, an eye for eye, people wouldn't be taking to many eyes would they?....LOL....
