Why would you think that's what I meant? Are you daft?
That's a rhetorical question right?

And if he follows her to the door?

That's what you think. If you ever have the privilege to follow me to a door I guarantee it will be that you can't bear for me to go.

Nothing wrong with egos, better than being in a shell all of your life.

Hmm. Where do you draw the line? Of course we should stand up for ourselves, but that doesn't involve very much getting in other people's faces. Or does it for you?

I don't think one should be rude or ignorant, but if someone is being rude and ignorant to you in the real world what would you do?

Personally, I'd give back what I was getting. I'm not saying that is the right thing to do, but I sure as hell am not walking away with my tail between my legs so to speak.

We all look at things differently. It would be a pretty dull world if we all saw everything exactly the same, thought the same things, etc., etc., don't you think?

It depends. On the bus, I'd let you continue to make a fool of yourself. It's not like there is actual danger to react to. In my living room, I'd feel free to shut you down.

Yes, of course. That's exactly why we should give leeway when possible.

I actually like lima beans, and borlotti beans, and baked beans, and red kidney beans, and even chick peas. Does that make me weird?

I can eat lima beans only if they are mixed with other beans. Do you have butter beans there? They are the same shape as limas but are yellow and very tasty.

No. It makes you cool.

I absolutely love lima beans. I recently posted a message--I ate so many bowls of lima beans in a 2 week period, it spawned a horrible gout attack--my first one in over 2 years. So now I'm off lima beans. :_(
