The turn was available last night, but I did not get it in my e-mail until this morning. If you still don't have it, just download it from the website.
EDIT - I never got either of my turns in my e-mail last week, and this week I didn't get the veteran's game - just this one. I had to DL the vet's game.
EDIT EDIT - I thought this was the MD thread. I haven't gotten this turn either. Haven't even tried to DL it since I assume it will be one day later than the MD ones.

It will probably be available tonight sometime. It's not on the same timescale for the first week, but thereafter it will be.

The Battle Calculator is entirely separate from the Diploware. It's just an Excel file.
