does redhotpawn automatically declare a draw if: 1) stalemate has
been reached. 2) if 50 consecutive moves have been made without a
piece taken or a pawn moved.3)when the same position has recurred
three times in a game (ref. british chess federation 1973)*** maybe
this is why some players are "hanging in there" and causing boby
fisher much frustration!!
