I would like to be able to link RHP to a "breathalyser".

That way, you cannot click on the "Move" button if you have had "a few too many".

Will save many a rating point, I am sure.

Of course, some people (Darvlay), can choose not to use the feature (Freddie), or they would never be able to move (Starrman).
