Ingredients: A 10 pound duck,2 large bottles of the finest scotch whiskey,bacon and a bottle of oliveoil.
-Lard the duck and rub the inside with salt & pepper
-Pre-heat the oven for 10 minutes on 180° C
-Fill 1 large glass with whskey
-Drink the glass of whiskey,while the oven is heating up
-Put the duck on a tray,and fill a 2nd glass with whiskey
-Drink the 2nd glass,and put the duck in the oven
-After 20 minutes,turn the oven to 200° C,and fill 2 glasses with whiskey
-Drink the 2 glaffef and pick up the fragments of the 1st glass
-Fill another glaff and dlink it
-After 30 minitzzz,open the oven to sjeck the djuck
-Go to the bathroom to get the ointment for burns and rub it onto your lefthand
-Kjick tze oven
-Fill another 2 glazzez with whiskey,and drink the middle one
-Open the oven and take out the tray
-Put tze jointment for burnzz on your right hand,and pjick up tze duck
-Pick up tze duck agajn,and take a tjowel to clean the ointment off tze duck
-Clean your handzz with whiskey,and pick up the ointmenttjube
-Sweep up the broken glasses,and put tze djuck back in tze oven
-Pick up tze djuck,and this time,open the oven first
-Open the 2nd btlle of zjiskey,and put it back up sjtraightzz
-Get up from tze floor and put tze bacon unde rthe sink
-Get up from tze floor agjain,or better yet,just stay down
-Put tze bjotte ontzeground
-dzink fzom tze bottle 'cause tze glasses a all bzoken
-Put out the oven,close eyes,and fall over
Next day,in the late afternoon,cut the duck with the fancy silverware en eat it with lemon and mayonaisse.
Spend the rest of the day,and early evening,at cleaning up the kitchen and washing the walls and ceiling.
