You have a Yahoo account? They have a built in spam blocker I use and hardly ever get any spam.

I use hotmail and I never get any spam, even without adjusting any settings or blocking anybody's mail.

seems good - and I've got no spam in the first two weeks i've been using it. It is free to set up a receive account but you have to pay $14.95 (one off charge) to be able to send. Of course you may still be able to send mail some other way and just have a prob with receiving...?

In any case - its worth checking out. I do enjoy these independent internet ventures where the people running them obviously listen to their users :-)
