5:30am Woke up sluggishly cursing Daylight Savings Time.
5:50am Stopped hitting snooze. Got up went for a run.
6:00am Ran back to the house to take an unexpected dump worked up by my brief run.
6:20am Shower, shave.
6:30am Woke up my daughter, fed her toast and yogurt.
6:50am Got her ready for school.

I would like to suggest wipping butt after having a dump, eliminates the brown stain you obviously must have on your underware. 😉
