Would selling an iPod that's full of songs be legal?
I thought that each Ipod worked exclusively with one copy of itunes. The tunes remain on your itunes computer. All the Ipod does is copy what is there each time.
If you plugged a full Ipod into a different computer with a different set of music, I was under the impression that all music that was not present on this version of itunes would be removed and the present tracks uploaded instead. Is this not the case?

Ok then. Anybody know how to take music off of an iPod?
Plug the iPod into the computer, in disc mode. Then it's really just an external hard drive and you can delete all the files in the usual way.
However, a better method would be to run the iPod software (free download from Apple) and format the iPod.
