Editing GTA Vice City

Anyone done so for PC? I am having trouble finding any web sites that talk about utilities for editing VC... Custom Skins... customization in general, etc.

Is there any info out there on editing this game?

for editing VC and III, and some really cool mods for vehicles and weapons. Nothing beats a Ferrari instead of a stationwagon.

Be careful with installing some tools though...I screwed up my copy and had to format my hard-drive because I accidently chose my Windows Folder instead of GTA:VC....😕
