Has anyone else noticed we cannot edit posts when replying to them?
(apart from deleting text)

That means we cannot clarify text. For example explaining
who or what a pronoun in the original text stood for.

Is this an improvement?

so where do we go from here???
it was a thorn in the side of management to have folks changing the words of forum posters, so that option was entirely eliminated...
even tho i was an egregious offender of that technique, i tend to think, like @HandyAndy, that this is a good thing...

i also note that a quoted post is indicated with a yellow bar...

change is inevitable, desirable, relentless...

If you hit the quote when replying to a post you can edit for a certain amount of time.
It just doesn't have the reply/quote they appear to be seperate.

it is possible to remove spaces in offending posts...
