There is no disputing that Edmond Dantes and Ironman31 were the same person. The player, himself, made no secret of his real world identity. While it is against the rules to have multiple accounts, it was permitted by the site admins since he never had games in progress on both accounts simultaneously.
As Edmond Dantes I recall him being very annoyed ...[text shortened]... re game moderators at RHP, so fear of being banned would not have been a factor in his decision.
