If anyone is more full of B.S. than V.M. it would be YOU lemon!

I have a bar in my bedroom door frame but I prefer going to the park because I can use many different types of pull ups at the park.
I do sets of ten reps and usually 5 to 10 sets.
Not much but it's enough to keep me strong as F...

Build a salmon ladder and be done with it.

I don't believe you do all those exercises in the same day and walk two miles is all.

Unless your in training then you're over training if you are! 😛 🙂

I can smell the B.S. over the interweb!

-VR
Why is everyone who trains more than you "overtraining"?

Oh, and if you can smell it, it's not the "interwebz".

I kinda thought you guys were pussing out until I read this BS post. Now I see you're just taking the piss.

IF and I say IF you are in Martial Arts as you say, you should know over training is not good. You should know about running down stairs being hard on the joints especially knees. I was into weight training and boxing at one point in my life. I know all about working out Suzie Q, do you? It certainly sounds to me like you have much to learn.

What a fool. I do not "overtrain" and I train way, WAY more than you.

You sound like the one with "much to learn". Much to UNlearn, probably more like it.

Go get a Navy SEAL training manual. Now that's training. You'll probably pass out just from reading the first five pages.

@Suzianne

Are you saying now that you're a navy seal?

I find that difficult to believe Suzie Q. 😉 😛

BTW: How would you know you train more than me? You seem to be here more than I am....LOL.....

No, I'm not a freaking Navy SEAL.

Just trying to show you the difference between training and whatever it is you do.

The third question surely must be: Have you at least fed some baby seals?

Nope, not taking the bait. Last time I shared something about myself, you thought it was bedtime. Forget it.

Cheer up, maybe you'll get another post removed again today, the day's not over.

Do any of you Martial Artists know how Master Po became blind?

The only one here I've seen claim to be in Martial Arts is Suzie Q?

I have a brother though who has been in it for 40 years and a black belt in Karate, I have no idea what level, he has trained in many different styles, I couldn't even tell you how many there are. I know he joined a Karate school one time to just learn one kick he hadn't seen before. He puts all the styles together in his tournaments when fighting an opponent. I could ask him if he has heard of Master Po, I know he isn't a big reader of books though. He is out there actually doing it. Did you know more Martial Artists are hurt in training, more than in actual tournaments?
