Most people who vote, however, are not in any way prepared. I'd rather people stayed home if they aren't going to read the initiatives and such. I don't go out and encourage people to vote.
Exactly. This is why I voted against that stupid propostion we had to put everyone who votes into a special lottery to win a million dollars. Arizona needs more people with brains voting, not the same-old, "voting while stupid" crowd.
