what a wonderful coincidence .... they must be good friends.

I still think this should have been a PM, the thread is encouraging speculation on cheating/breaking of ToS and for all intents and purposes its the same as making an accusation.

speculation is pap and (&@P. speculation is of unprovable veracity and should be discouraged if it will harm innocent civilians.
factual observation is reliably true ... it is healthy and should be encouraged.
they are very different and should not be confused.

Come on guys, you know the rules. Please direct suspicions (or in some cases absolutely no doubtions) to the admin via PM or site feedback. It may seem harmless to point out and laugh at such an obvious case, but if one accusation/insinuation is allowed then how do we draw the line against less credable claims?
