en passant; is it working ?????

Hello All,

In my game against Kody Magic (Kody Magic vs colonelidecker) I have
discovered a problem. He has made a move to threaten my king with
his pawn. However I should be able to take his pawn using en
passant. But for some reason the rhp will not allow me to make this
move. Has any body any suggestions oor thougfhts. (esp as I'm not
prepared to maka any othe move)

Ah... yes, there is a problem with en passant when you are in check. I
will make this move for you in your game.

If you can make it so that it is still my move after taking the pawn
