Haha. Well, that's where he is most likely going to end up playing. I mean I would love to see him go to like Real Madrid, but that just isn't going to happen.

Originally posted by Derfel CadarnYou haven't paid much attention to MLS then. I'm not just talking about benching Adu, I'm talking about not starting Adu in MLS. I haven't followed alot this season but, I'm pretty sure he still doesn't start often. Last year he wasn't starting at all. Funny that since he joined he is the highest paid MLS player and wasn't even starting or getting much playing time at all. One of the supposed reasons he wasn't on the World Cup team is because he finally publically spoke out about the ridiculous playing time he has been getting in MLS and about not starting. The US coach is friends with Adu's coach and didn't like that. May be the only reason he didn't get on the team. This is also why he will be leaving MLS.
Nobody in the MLS would bench Adu.

And it's not even about the money with this kid because he had been offered more to play over in Europe before. Question is, why waste this kids time adding him to your league and your team for him not to play?
But why hasn't he been starting then? Why so much time on the bench?
I'm having nightmares of Lampard finding his aim against Portugal.
§h!t, I can't wait for this match. The last two times we met in the Euros we saw two amazing games and there wasn't much between the two teams. I don't expect it will be any different this time around with maybe a slight England advantage.
