This is the thread for learning English language. Idea is that (only when you are sure you are right, and preferably your first language is English) you help interested people to correct their grammar, syntax, vocabulary.
Just comment post above you and find mistakes. It should be fun and educative !
Thanks !
P. S. Where did I go wrong ? π

It's a good idea. However, there are an enormous number of people, for whom English is their mother tongue, who still cannot use English correctly. The faulty use of English that I see and hear every day never ceases to amaze me.
I'm not claiming to be perfect, but sometimes I feel "ain't no one no more can't speak no good English." This last phrase is an example of what I encounter every day.
Just realize that the written word is slightly different than the spoken word in all languages, and it is much more important to use the written word very well. I had a teacher in school who claimed that if you cannot express a thought on paper (we didn't have computers in those days) then you cannot think clearly. I believe he was right.
I don't understand why more people don't proof-read everything they post here. Having said that, I'm sure someone might find a mistake in this post. As I said, I'm not perfect. But I do try to use English properly.

Is "realize" not the American spelling?
Originally posted by notmyrookpleaseCorrect. It should also read, ' that cannot ' not who. 'That' refers to that number, not 'the people.
Should it not be "there [b] is an enormous number"?

using English correctly is also correct. Proper and properly refer to mannerisms. π
Realize is, indeed, American usage, not English.
