My assailant was a FT construction worker and an MMA fighter.
He told the jury he only pushed me down and slapped me. The judge wasn't impressed he slapped him with 5 years in the State pen.
Oh BTW the county DA reviewed postings on this site, to make sure I hadn't disclosed any personal info about the now convict. So you might want to hire a lawyer because your idiocy is criminal.
