I haven't put anything in Posers and Puzzles in a while, so: I play chess on Facebook -- find me there and I'll play a game.

I'm not sure you want to be giving out your real name and location to people on a web site that you just joined today.

Indeed, and without revealing anything beyond the name you use on Facebook, partially in keeping with the sensible advice given by pawnhandler.

I am at facebook under my real name. I hardly go there except for a few PMs from a few good friends.

What's also awesome is that facebook collects information based on everything you write, everything you join, all your applications, your friends, your clubs and whatnot. They then sell this information to advertising companies. Also, they sell the info to the American government. If you're doing nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide. So it shouldn't bother you at all. Read the terms of service. Do not put your phone number in there, even though they let you (for convenience) or your credit card numbers (so you can buy things easily.) If you are a citizen of any country other than the USA, you should consider the fact that an American corporation is collecting information on foreign nationals who may or may not ever visit the USA, and selling it to the US government. Does your country guarantee your right to privacy? It involves a small amount of self control, or it means nothing. Facebook is useless for any freedom loving human being.

My avatar cannot possibly convey the genius of my drunkeness. It can only try to be less violent than my old avatar, which occasionally took matters into it's own hands, and had a foul mouth anyway.
