Yeah, all weaklings will put up some mass, stop whining and stop being weaklings. Do the following :-
- 5 sets of 20 rep squats with 300lbs. -> will give you legs like Arnie
- bench 185 for 10 (the average dude can bench about that)
- eat like a sumo wrestler
- a couple (minimum 30) of pullups and pushups in the morning.
- stronger nerves -> go to CTS (http://chess.emrald.net/) and get at least a 1500 rating.
