If u have never been a father please hurry up and become one. I became one recently, and realised what it really means to be "In Love." Please don't tell my wife...lol

I understand rbmorris...I'm beating him at the moment in one of the tournaments. Coincidentally, my wife is from his country, so he decided to see my joy of fatherhood from a different angle...good sense of humour though. Cudn't stop laughing too when I read his comment

That's cool.

I second that emotion.

Hugs all around!

I was there for the delivery of each of my 4 precious children. Each one was different. When our last son was born, he cried out loudly shortly after being born. My heart was 'squeezed' when I heard the sound and I began to cry and said to my wife, "Do you hear him? Do you hear him?" What a moment.๐Ÿ˜€

I know exactly what you mean. I'm 35, never had a career, recently lost my job and possibly my last chance of financial success in this life, been through three shrinks and five different medications (or is it six?), and I am expecting my second child and first son this year. I am absolutely in love with my daughter, and I expect the same with my son. I could not be happier, and I regret nothing.

I can equally relate with u. Besides been age mates with u, I'm dissatisfied with my job which is not commensurate with my postgrad qualification in a completely different field. One thing that has kept me going is my boy. Many have contemplated suicide until they had someone who completely looks up to, and is dependent on them. Not even all the PhDs in the world can compare with the joy of FATHERHOOD.
