Ok, but if the dogs go after me I'll say you are the tuff guy behind me

Edit 1. By behind me I mean standing, just standing, ok?

Edit 2. That means there is nothing sexual going on between us, ok?

I never got those girly toys.
What fun is a Barbie BBQ, if Dr. Evil isn't kidnapping the baby and Action Man isn't dressed up like James Bond, hiked into a glider and off to save the bloody planet?

And don't get me started on toy ironing boards and toy vacuum cleaners... they're just evil.

Star Wars figures and space lego. All the way!!

My favourite presents were books. I have always loved reading and as a child it was a good way of escaping some harsher sides of real life.

I've been laughing at the posts about plastic green soldiers. My brother had a batch and used to blow them up and make fire balls that he would shoot at them!

He also had an Action Man with a parachute that he would throw from an upstairs window and I would have to run downstairs and get it, just so he could throw it again! I don't let him forget that now!

I caught a small brook on fire. My friend and I were burning my sister's Smurfs in the woods, we always did this near the brook in case something went wrong.

We had the lighter fluid in a big glass salad bowl.

I forget how, but the whole bowl caught on fire.

We kicked it into the creek to put it out, and it spread over the surface and ignited about 20 feet of the creek. We jumped in and splashed around trying to put it out.

List a few things you liked as a kid. Or maybe tell me what you wish you had, but didn't get...and how it messed you up for life.

One of my father's lighters and a can of my mother's hairspray.

Also, a magnifying glass and a sunny day.

What did you do with the can of hairspray? I wouldn't have touched that stinky stuff (not that my mother would have used it). But I had fun with a magnifying glass and a sunny day, too. Hm, what else?

A tape recorder (preferably my sister's, because mine didn't have a pause button, and you could achieve a funny effect with that when recording)

A plastic bowl and marbles (you could let the marbles run around the rim when holding the bowl upside-down)

A wood labyrinth, approximately like this one: http://ecx.images-amazon.com/images/I/51G9RG997CL._AA280_.jpg

Lego

Bouncy balls (my favourite ones were called Toni and Pit)

I used it in conjunction with the lighter to make a sort of flamethrower.

A lighter and hairspray make a magnificent flame thrower.

Tape recorders were big with me too.

Also, I liked to make smoke bombs out of ping pong balls. Cover about 90% of the ball with tin foil, light the exposed area. Let it burn for about 30 seconds, then blow it out and throw it. It created an unbelievable amount of really foul-smelling (and probably harmful) smoke.
