i hope this helps.

i'm guessing he mashes the potatoes and stirs in the cheese then finishes will adding a few chopping sun-dried tomatoes.

fish - salmon
nuts - pistachio (but I hate having to pry open the shells)
fruit - blueberries
vegetable - those mini-corn things you get in asian food
pasta sauce - anything without cheese in it
poultry - turkey (I wish there were more bird meat options)
meat - buffalo
cheese - I hate cheese - I can tolerate mozarella
potato dish - baked sweet potato w. cinnamon
bean - any
soup - pea
bread - anything fresh out of the oven

Not exactly sure. I used to get them at a restaurant and they were like heroin. I think just standard mashed potatoes with butter, a little garlic, goat cheese and very finely chopped sundried tomatoes. It hurts me how good they were.

the flavors sound intriguing, I'll have to try it trial and error I guess.

Don't know if you're in a big city. If you are find a good Middle Eastern store. Usually have the best nut prizes and the pistachios are generally hulled! Where I live 5.00/lb !
