Murgh Ticca? Pretty good stuff there.

My favorite Indian dish is Ganesham Sundeep: lentils sauteed with spinach, herbs and spices.

My favorite food on the planet is probably one of my own recipes: Lemon-Tomato Buttered Chicken Tumeric with Alfredo Pasta and Asparagus. Served with a glass of Cabernet. My own particular Asian Stir-Fry with secret marinade is pretty darn close.

Hi Joe - your Lemon-Tomato Buttered Chicken Tumeric with Alfredo Pasta and Asparagus sounds pretty cool - send me the recipe if you have a mo.

Like you my faves my own recipe - it's tuna steak marinaded in lemon & lime juice with lemon grass. Then baked in an oven and served with couscous mixed with sun dried tomatoes and sauted garlic, red oinon, spring onion and grilled pine nuts. I usually serve with asparagus and mangetout. Yes a glass of red, Cab Sav or other, goes well with this too.

So there you have it my friend Blobby.

what is mangetout?

I love seafood. There is a fish that is popular here in South Texas called Tilapia. It is very light tasting . I like to sautee it with fresh tomatoe, onion, green pepper, and celantro.

I am willing to try most anything once. My mom brought us up to try to experience foods and cultures from all over the world.

Actually blackened tuna steak prepared well with butter lemon sauce may just be my favorite, but I've been trying to cut down on mercury intake so I don't eat any long-lived predatory fish like tuna or swordfish at the top of their food chain much anymore. SADLY.

flank steak marinated in (BION) italian salad dressing for 24-48 hrs, then barbequed rare/medium-rare

my own homemade chili, based on a recipe I inherited from my Dad... It takes about 3 days to make. I've even got a special 16 qt pot and bamboo spoon I use to make it!

aside from those two specialty items:

pad thai
Boston Pizza's Tropical Chicken Pizza
corn on the cob
poutine
grilled sea bass
... and I have a weakness for Skor bars and Toffifee
