Smoked salmon pizza - Cream cheese, smoked salmon, capers, avocado, capsicum, baby spinach and a small amount of spanish onion.

Goes well with a nice Pale Ale (suggest, Little Creatures Pale Ale).



Or Italian sausage and mushroom pizza with a nice Pilsner.

Mozzarella, artichoke and a good tommato sause containing olives and capers, plenty of them with a tiny piece of anchovy, homemade🙂
