If I had to pick one it has to be Cold November Rain.I have already instructed my wife to play this at my funeral.Should get the people going and keep them from falling asleep.Nothing quite as sad as two people at a funeral and one of them is asleep.

[/b]
If we're talking funeral songs, I'd like Fade to Black - Metallica and Asleep - The Smiths. Hope everyones feeling cheerful still ๐Ÿ˜›

By the wonderful fusion band "Shakti".

Bennett, that is too funny. I, an Apostle, mention a song glorifying women with big asses and you the Freethinker mention a song about the Lord. All is right with the world! Kirk

See there, you do qualify to be in the Apostles!. Truly one of the greatest pieces of music since Bach's St Matthew Passion or the Brandenburg Concertos.

I play bass - but not very well. Haven't played in a band for about 6 yrs but have a session lined up for December which might turn into something.

Don't listen if easily offended by bad music...

Oh, and on the subject of favourite songs, my favourite is a simple song by Green Day called Time Of Your Life.

If we're talking Iron Maiden, I would go for The Trooper.

They were playing a game on the radio the other day called Jeff Leppard. The idea being to warp a band name into the name of a person, e.g. Roy Zone, Jeff Leppard, Stacey Deecee. I was dissappointed noone came up with Brian Maiden...

Any takers...
