Well, it's quite clear what went wrong just from skimming through the game.

Basically, right from the start you try to attack a well-defended King with only your Queen, at the same time neglecting the defence of your own King against a more co-ordinated attack from your opponent.

Thank you for looking and commenting I see now how the use of my queen at that time was unnecessary and the move hurt.
