Now here's one for the musicians and budding electronic engineers. I have recently purchased a fender champ 12 guitar amp from Ebay. But being the dozy twonk that I am, forgot to ask what voltage it is. As it happens, I bought it from some lad in the USA, and it turns out that it's 120V. I live in the UK, where the mains voltage is 220V~240V.
Is there an easy way to convert these little fellas to a different voltage rating?
Heeeeeeeelppp. 😕

I thought about that, but came to the conclusion that they would be waaaaaaaay too expensive. As it happens, they are quite reasonable at around £20. good shot, and thanks. 🙂
