Come on - admit it, who else was cheering first when Schuey pulled off the track, and then when Barrichello got caught by DC on the last lap?

Again, when was the last time they failed to get on the scoreboard?

i was! it was a brilliant race-but not only cos both ferraris failed to finish (for the 3rd time in 7 years) but also cos of the way alonso drove during the whole weekend. trulli was impressive too.

Performance of the day (for me) was Pedro De La Rosa in the McLaren. Not many drivers seem to be that combative any more... Webber was very impressive too.

Jenson Button deserves a medal for running as well as he did with a knackered car...

It's about time Ferrari had luck go against them - after their general behaviour over the last few years. They had already annoyed me last weekend by only making the "permanent" fix to Schumacher's car - leaving Barrichello's broken in the garage for two days.

And Raikkonen pulled out finally a good race. and of course I cheered when i saw schumi sliding off the track. Best moment was when watching result monitor after race: schumi- not finished , barrichello -1 lap : thats the way!!!

Much as I dislike Ferrari for their unsporting behaviour (not letting Minardi use their old car in the first race was low - like Minardi were going to be a threat!), the new rules are a bit of a joke.
Engine failures and blown out tyres can happen to anyone almost anytime.
What will they do next? Sprinkle tacks or oil on the track every now and then? Toss a coin to decide who gets fuel and who doesn't.
If they want to level the playing field between the teams, they should have a limited budget each year, and not cripple already good cars.

This year's Formula One season is more competitive than the last five or so years. It's so much more enjoyable when you don't know who the winner will be until the chequered flag falls.
