300 g roughly cut walnuts, 3 eggs, 200 g caster sugar, 350 g butter plus 300 g caster sugar for caramel.
You need crispy wafer sheets, one pair of big sheets.
Simoultanesly prepare caramel of 300 g sugar and cook the filling og eggs, sugar and butter on water bath.
Mix the two and pour over one of crispy waffel sheet (usually sold in packs of 6 35x40 cm).
Cover with other wafer sheet and pres with a book or pan and wait to get chilled and firm.
