Pretty sick...I can understand why the two girls are not prosecuted since the one girl herself was also fighting, and going in for the second round.
But wtf is up with that mother, encouraging these two other girls to fight, controling the fight by pointing when the two girls should switch on eachother and even holding the victims arm at one point while the victim was still getting beat....sick. She should go to jail, such mothers dont deserve kids.
